LYFESTYLEBOX BOXES

At Lyfestylebox we curate each box to match the style preferences of our customers. When you sign up, our team of stylist aka the stylist crew hand-selected products for your box based upon your style preferences. You will select the option that best matches your style. This includes your favorite style, colors, patterns, etc

STYLE BOX

Each of your box contains 2 types of clothes. Stylebox 1 has two items, Top and Bottom. Stylebox 2 has two items, Dress and Outerwear. So pick one that you like.

We will send your box within 7 business days. All items are hand-selected are based upon your Style Preferences.

VENUS BOX

Venus box contains fashion and premium beauty products that our team curated just for you. One fashion item and three premium beauty products.

Please do note for our Venus Box we don’t accept return or exchange.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

The first exchange is always free! This will allow us to correspond with the customer directly so we can take notes on the account to help get a better understanding of the desired style for future boxes. The exchange must be requested within 3 days of receipt of the item. Our Lyfestylebox boxes are final and non-refundable. Please chat us through our Customer Service chat.

We do offer exchanges for sized-apparel which do not fit as desired. One-size fits all items to not qualify as sized-apparel. If a sized item does not fit as desired, you may exchange this item for the same item in a different size or a different item in the same or a different size (if available). Exchange options are dependent upon available inventory. We’ll do our best to find an option that makes our customers happy. The exchange must be requested within 3 days of receipt of the item. The item(s) hangtag still attached, must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. If the exchange item is not returned in suitable condition, the customer will be charged for the new item that was shipped to the customer. Customer has to pay to return the item(s) to us at their own shipping cost. Our Lyfestylebox boxes are final and non-refundable.

We make all the process very easy! Please fill in our return and exchange request form and indicate that you would like to make an exchange (Name, Email, Order Number, and Reason For Return) and state which item you would like to exchange and the desired size that you would like to exchange your item for. Please put the clothes hangtag still attached, unworn, unwashed and undamaged that you would like to exchange in the Lyfestylebox bag that we provided along with the invoice form. The item must be shipped back within 3 days. We will use reasonable efforts to send you new products promptly upon processing your return, but you acknowledge that as a result of processing and delivery, there will be a delay between your return of a product and receipt of a new product. The Lyfestylebox bag is yours to keep. If you lost the Lyfestylebox bag your return wont be accepted. Our Lyfestylebox boxes are final and non-refundable.

BILLING

Your first box will ship within 7 business days from the date you first join Lyfestylebox. Once your box ships, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking so you can easily track your order. In the following months, you will be billed on the monthly subscription of your sign up date, and your box will ship within 7 business days of that date. For example, if you signed up on September 10th, you would be billed on that day and your first box would ship by September 17th. Your second billing date would occur on October 10th and your second box would ship by October 17th. If you choose the 3 Month Subscription and you signed up on September 10th, you would be billed on that day and your first box would ship by September 17th. Your second billing date would occur on December 10th and your second box would ship by December 17th

SHIPPING

The shipping is free JABODETABEK area only. Once your Lyfestylebox ships, Your first box will ship within 7 business days. You’ll also receive an email notification with a link to track your package.

PAYMENT

Lyfestylebox accepts Bank Transfer and Credit Cards. All payments are processed through a secure payment processor to keep your information encrypted and safe at all times.

Your credit card will first be charged at the time you join Lyfestylebox. In subsequent months, you will be charged according to your order option monthly or 3 month or 6 month period. For example, if you signed up on September 10th, you would be billed on that day and your first box would ship by September 17th. Your second billing date would occur on October 10th and your second box would ship by October 17th. If you choose the 3 Month Subscription and you signed up on September 10th, you would be billed on that day and your first box would ship by September 17th. Your second billing date would occur on December 10th and your second box would ship by December 17th.
